Atlassian has launched an exciting new feature for enabling easy access to customer information in Jira Service Management. Customers and organizations will now have dedicated profile pages with comprehensive detail fields. These fields will offer valuable context to agents and can even be used in queues, SLAs, reports, and automation via JQL. 

Dark mode is now available in Jira, although it is still in open beta and will be officially released in mid-2023.

This will enable you to duplicate your valuable content easily. Currently, Atlassian invites you to join their early access program (EAP) to ensure this feature perfectly caters to customers' needs. After its release, you will no longer need to submit support tickets for data transfers.

Atlassian Intelligence is a new AI-based feature integrated into the Atlassian platform that acts as a virtual teammate for your team. It leverages generative AI technology from OpenAI combined with internally developed AI capabilities. This enables Atlassian Intelligence to understand how your team collaborates and provide results tailored to your company's unique context to accelerate your work processes deeply. 

The EAP (Early Access Program) involves being part of a small group of admins who receive an early release of the new workflow editor. Currently, Atlassian is looking for Jira Cloud admins who manage workflows in company-managed projects and use Jira Software Cloud or Jira Service Management Cloud. 

Databases are coming to Confluence! Atlassian has acquired Orderly Databases by K15t, a Platinum Marketplace Partner, and the teams are hard at work integrating the app into Confluence.
