The new Top-level planning template is being rolled out for Jira Software Premium customers. This template will help create a high-level overview of your organization's work - based on existing Jira Software data - by setting up a pre-configured project called "Initiative," placed above the Epic level. Plus, it enables users to create a pre-configured plan, making it the ideal place to create, plan, and track their initiatives. 

Starting on July 17, 2023, Jira Work Management is introducing a new premium tier. This tier is aimed at organizations that require multiple Jira projects to manage their cross-functional work effectively.
