The JSM team is working on adding Kanban boards to Jira Service Management. Yes, that’s right, kanban boards! They are conducting customer research to better understand users' needs regarding the board's view. If you are an administrator who configures and manages experiences for agents or an end user who works on incoming requests, please participate in a remote 1:1 research session. The 1-hr session will be conducted by Atlassian over a video call. As a gesture of appreciation, you will receive a thank-you e-gift.
