To me, bulk changes in Jira is the underdog, and it's a little bit hidden as you need to use the issue navigator to find it. Also, why do you need it? In my case, a while ago, accidentally, I deployed automation. Because I didn't copy the last part of the JQL, automation updated close to 600 tickets on the production. Fortunately, I managed to create JQL and deploy bulk change quickly. Thanks to Bulk operations, my stupid mistake was swiftly fixed.
